What might the colors in nightly dreams reveal about waking states of being? Can creating a record of dreams unveil larger patterns?
Dream Spheres invites anyone curious to explore a recent dream through a series of collectively guided exercises: a reflection, the creation of a colored energy sphere, and the writing of text that will be combined into miniature dream portraits on cards.
Together, we will consider the relationship between color and dreams, as well as dream experiences as individual and collective phenomena intertwined with our waking worlds. We will reflect on patterns that surface in the vein of previous social dreaming practices that have engaged with dreams from the perspective of a hypothesized collective unconscious. Participants can contribute to a card deck that will be compiled throughout the year.
Please bring a dream from 2025 that you would like to engage with and share with others.
